NOVATHANE RANGE OF IMMOBILIZATION ORTHOSES

NOVATHANE orthoses are made of elastic fabric and feature a zipper and a zip puller to facilitate application. They are intended for single-patient use and provide stabilization of the wrist and/or hand. The textile orthoses are available in standard sizes.

A semi-rigid polyurethane foam can be poured into the orthosis by a healthcare professional, allowing it to set according to the patient’s morphology and in the most suitable position. This process ensures optimum efficiency and ease of use.

Forearm and hand orthosis. Hand rest orthosis.

Resin

The thermosetting resin is made up of a resin and a hardener. A flexible, airtight packaging allows for safe storage of both components

Accessories

To facilitate the application of the stabilization orthosis by the healthcare professional, a casting kit and two roller sizes are available. The ring, the magnifier and the clamp help keep the orthosis open during resin casting. The roller is used to evenly distribute the resin inside the orthosis.
